Was reading through the posts in the discussion forum of the elearn website.
And the forum is plastered with many posts which are the product of thoughtless thinking.
Even though I am surprised by the number of people who visit, I can’t stop laughing at some posts.
I tried to stifle the laughter, but I can’t.
gah.
i was bored.

‘Watch it burn,
let it die,
cause we are finally free – tonight ‘
…..
I believe that I have been seriously rotting at home these days. O Levels really make such drastic differences. All of a sudden, there is no need to read books (textbooks I mean). No more mugging and chiong-ing. No more cramming for books. But by thunder, no textbooks for the first time in 4 years has given me (in fact every secondary 4 graduate now) a extreme hollow in my life.
But speaking of textbooks, I realised that I got a burning agenda now. That is, to literally burn the textbooks. I can imagine the glee I would have on my face while doing the act.
😀
But on second thoughts, it’s no good to burn up the textbooks, for it adds to the burden of mother earth (read: Geography, Chemistry and Biology). Ok I shall clear my desk instead, and give my better looking books away to the juniors. Especially chinese books. HAHA.
See the effects of staying at home. It makes you talk to yourself.
haha.
Speaking on the the ‘to-do’ list, I have only fulfilled the first item on the list, which is to have a kickabout of SOCCER. And I did, and I felt that as if I had never stopped playing soccer. The feeling of scoring bucketful of goals was simply WUNDERBAR.
And sad to say, I haven’t completed rest of the items in the list. Not even sleeping more. Sleeping and waking up freaking late forms a vicious cycle. Take last night, I actually slept at a mighty 4 plus 5a.m. I think I should turn into a pig now, and start to snooze off more.
However looking at the rest of the list makes me feel damn excited. 16th years, PROM, camps and chalets. The fact that I will not be rotting as much as now makes the excitement real great.
The prom better be fun, and please don’t make me puke by making _____ as Prom queen. Prom will be fun, fun and fun. Pardon me on the apalling lack of adjectives, for it just sums up the anticipation.
So now I would have to make do with watching movies at home. V for Vendetta, LOTR, Titanic and what-have you movies simply brighten the day up. And ah movies, I gotta catch one super duper fast soon. movie day beckons. ahahaha.
so, now I shall continue slacking.
HAPPY SIXTEENTH BIRTHDAY, Emily Koh. (: and this time I am not laggy. haha
Buh -byeeeeeee.
I am really bored.
And so, behold the examination report for the almighty post o levels report!
Ignore the euphemism please.
EXAM LOG
Physics practical
Ahh the glass block question came out. However the question was much more easier than the preliminary examinations. However there is a fierce debate over the correct answer for the potential divider circuit question. I have no gripes though about it.
Chemistry Practical
IDENTICAL TO THE PRELIMS TILL THE LAST BIT. Qualitative analysis was way too easy. Titration was debatable once again; there were many many different answers. geez.
Biology Practical
No comments. It was neither too easy nor difficult. Hope I can steal an A out of this.
Additional Mathematics
No, it was not a shocker. In fact, the paper was really way too easy. Full marks for paper 1. Paper two remains a mystery. But at least I felt comfortable doing the papers.
Chemistry
Easy? Difficult? I don’t know. An A is up for grabs.
History
LUCKY THOSE PEOPLE WHO STUDIED PACIFIC WAR ONLY. Imagine how they would flunk it had WWII came out for History Paper. The paper was so-so. Managed to finish it.
ENGLISH
^&*%$%#*(@!!! I managed to arrive late by half an hour for the most important subject! Luckily the adrenaline rush pushed me so hard that I finished the paper 1 within 1 hour. A new record in various ways. Paper II was average. And now I am praying hard for a B at least. the only freaking major gripe that I had.
Elementary Mathematics
One word : A1
Chineseeeeeeeeee
Chinese was better than the June paper. At least I finished the paper 1. Paper II was comparatively easier also. Hope an A1 arrives – finally.
Physics
At least I won’t flunk the paper. Or else Mr Loh would have really killed me. An A?
Biology I felt really uneasy after handing in the paper. AND ALL THOSE I STUDIED REEEEAL HARD FOR DID NOT COME OUT. Even the Bear says that he can get an A for it. Keeping my fingers twisted all the way till next January.
Social Studies
Shocker and thriller. Venice, Population, and 21st century development came out. Kaboom to those who studied Sri Lanka. I thought that I had a evil grin when I saw Venice and no Sri Lanka. SBQ questions were equivocating.
Literature
YES at least part of the witches came out for paper 1. Felt quite confident doing the essay regarding the witches. The unseen prose was rather do-able. Joy Luck Club paper was the bomb. I don’t know whether I can get an A, let alone a definite B.
Ok, I think I hate my English to the core right now.
The unknown fate beckons.
Hello people of the world.
This is wordpress, which I move to after closing down BLOGGER.
Olevels are almost over, and I can’t help to have this feeling for uncertainty in myself.
Partly because of the screwed up English paper, which I shouldn’t have done it. Reproaching myself is one thing, but I could have absolved myself of all the trouble by turning up on time for the paper.
Just one mistake is enough to sink you.
Other than this major grudge that I have with myself, I must say I am rather satisfied with my perfomance during the Olevels. Even Chinese, the dreaded nemsis of my entire (soon to be) 16 years of lifetime have turned out to be much more better than expected.
So, 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 A1s. But my perfect six is gone.
screw that elusive english subject.
On a significantly brighter note,
THINGS TO DO AFTER OLEVELS:
Play SOCCER.- Sleeeeep – I need more of it! gah.
- Play dotA.
- Watch movies, especially HORROR movies. HAHA.
- Don’t screw up while working for Uncle’s.
- Chalet!
- Class Chalet!
- P-rom!
- Throw Jasmine into the river, ……
- with Edwin. HAHA.
- Give away most of the textbooks.
- Get away from the country.
- Play more basketball.
- BIRTHDAY.
- Get back to church.
- Mahjong sessions at Jianhui’s house ^^
- And monopoly too.
- Picking up drums again.
- Get my screwed guitar fixed.
- Tidy up the desk, which haven’t been cleared for 45471720348126012071 years.
- Get more shirts.
- RUN like mad.
- And SLEEP!
- SWIMMMMMMMMMMMINGGGGGGGGGG! 😀
- CYCLING
- BOWLING
- ANY THING THAT IS MEANINGFUL ( you wanted to know, so i shall post it right here. realise it is the same response as yours? (: )
phew, that’s such a freaking long list. It would have reached the moon if I continued the list.
Alrighty. Now to stop typing. and get a good break.
See ya.
